Service All Star — SMS Opt-In Information

Service All Star is a field service management platform used by home service businesses (plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, and others) to send appointment notifications to their customers.

How to Opt In

When you schedule service with a business that uses Service All Star, your service provider will give you their dedicated toll-free SMS number. To opt in to receive appointment notifications:

1. Text START to your service provider's toll-free number
2. You will receive a confirmation message that you are opted in
3. You will then receive SMS notifications about your service appointment

What You Will Receive

• Technician dispatch alerts ("on the way" notifications)
• Job status updates (work started, work completed)
• Estimate delivery and approval requests
• Payment confirmations

Program Disclosures

• Program: Service appointment notifications sent by your field service provider via Service All Star
• Message frequency: Varies — typically 1 to 3 messages per service appointment
• Message and data rates may apply
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
